Going viral. We hear that phrase so often these days.   Social media has equipped our customers with the ability to make their voices heard to hundreds of people in a matter of minutes. Now, more than ever, we need to be mindful that a bad experience can create damaging social media coverage and spread like wildfire within minutes of the experience. And as we all know, more often than not, social media is used more frequently to review a negative experience instead of a positive one.
