UTILIZE THOSE MARKETING KITS!
It’s like having your own marketing department in your center! Review the six kits that are included with your purchase periodically. With the variety of resource material included, utilize those graphics for your Facebook and web pages, outdoor marquee signs if you have them. With also combining the Facebook connect feature, and guests liking your page, be sure to regularly post and change up with videos, or images. Combining these with trinket promotions or giveaways, will always keep you fresh, up to date, and most importantly, visible to your guests.
UTILIZE THOSE LANE OPTIONS, AND AUTOMATE YOUR CHANGES THROUGH BOWLING MODES!
It’s super simple to just plug in a few basic sets for defaults, and forget it. Even with regular customers, people are creatures of habit, and if you keep the same look, same posters in the same place, people have a tendency to have it ingrained mentally to expect the same old, same old. It’s always important to do the little things to keep looking new. Change up signature grids, and environments at different times.
