Create Holiday Customization The holidays are quickly approaching and many of us are already starting to make our Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year’s plans. While planning the festivities you will be offering customers during this exciting and magical time, keep in mind the tools at your disposal to get the word out to them. This means updating your advertising, experiences, and MMS displays to showcase how your guests can create lasting memories in your center.
A great place to start is uploading any of your promotional materials as advertising to be displayed through your MMS system. This is not something we do every day, but you can find guides for uploading your advertising to Conqueror and adding them to your MMS sequences
If you would like to take it to the next level, create an Experience so your staff can easily sell your holiday promotions and parties with only a few clicks. Choose one of the holiday themed environments as the default to help your guests get in the spirit!
Then, head over to your MMS settings and use the Experiences button at the bottom to enter a tagline, graphic set, and pricing. You can then display your BES X Experience, your MMS monitors so your guests can see all that BES X and your center have to offer during the holidays.
